"I pour my passion into crafting fun, one-of-a-kind programs for every client so they feel incredible in their bodies and are excited about every workout."

Since 2010, I have dedicated my career to coaching clients and athletes, beginning my journey in strength and conditioning at the University of Tampa. Over the first three years, I honed my skills working with athletes, and then shifted my focus to the older population, emphasizing mobility. In 2016, I founded Tampa Movement Lab (Home of CrossFit Hyde Park).

My passion for movement runs deep. I am continually amazed by its healing properties, from reducing disease risk to enhancing mood. Throughout my journey, I’ve come to realize that movement is essential for everyone—not just elite athletes.

Many of us juggle high-stress jobs, family responsibilities, and the physical toll of daily life, often leading to issues like inflammation, joint pain, and reduced mobility. My mission is to reintegrate movement into your daily routine, transforming it into a joyful and empowering practice.

My coaching philosophy is built on two core principles: connection and customization. I strive to form a meaningful connection with each client, understanding their unique desires, goals, and challenges. Once we establish that bond, I focus on tailoring each workout to meet your specific needs—no two programs will ever look the same. Together, we will create a movement practice that becomes the highlight of your day.

Hi! I’m Colleen

A Nutrition Coach

"My purpose is to teach you how to work with your body to eat, sleep and live the best way for YOU."

Combining my experience as an occupational therapist and a health coach I have been trained to work collaboratively with my clients to address the issues that are important to them in ways that don’t disrupt their life.

Over a decade ago, my own health challenges led to me transitioning away from traditional occupational therapy and toward health and Nutrition Coaching. Being diagnosed with 3 autoimmune diseases by the time I was 32 forced me to take my health into my own hands and pursue education that would help me regain my energy, strength and vitality. After seeing firsthand how much of a difference the right nutrition and lifestyle habits made on my health, I pursued my certification as a health coach to support others to change their habits to improve their health as well.

Since that time I have continued to refine my skills and focus on supporting ambitious individuals to thrive at any age through nutrition and lifestyle changes does not require a “detox” or a 30-day “diet”. Instead, we will take a systematic approach that delivers results that are sustainable and actually last for the long-term.
