Who we are
Hi! I’m Michelle
A Movement Coach
From Pain to Peak Vitality..

I work with clients ready to exceed baseline recovery. We build beyond "good enough"—toward full, unrestricted movement freedom that lets you tackle any sport or activity with the ease and confidence of a healthy 30-year-old."
My mission remains focused: supporting active adults 35+ who have completed physical therapy after an injury or who manage persistent joint and muscle pain.

My coaching philosophy centers on two foundational principles: restoring essential human movement patterns and providing truly individualized programming. Movement is not just exercise—it's a fundamental human need that supports health, resilience, and quality of life. I believe in rebuilding reliable, confident movement through patient, progressive work that respects your body's history, current state, and long-term goals. Every program is crafted specifically for you—your injury background, abilities, timeline, lifestyle, and what fulfillment looks like—so the practice becomes sustainable, empowering, and something you look forward to.

This approach is informed by over 17 years of hands-on experience, including close collaboration with physical therapists and massage therapists. That interdisciplinary work has deepened my practical understanding of the musculoskeletal system—how injuries resolve, what limitations often persist after formal PT, and how to advance movement safely and effectively without setbacks.

Hi! I’m Colleen
A Nutrition Coach
"My purpose is to teach you how to work with your body to eat, sleep and live the best way for YOU."
Combining my experience as an occupational therapist and a health coach I have been trained to work collaboratively with my clients to address the issues that are important to them in ways that don’t disrupt their life.
Over a decade ago, my own health challenges led to me transitioning away from traditional occupational therapy and toward health and Nutrition Coaching. Being diagnosed with 3 autoimmune diseases by the time I was 32 forced me to take my health into my own hands and pursue education that would help me regain my energy, strength and vitality. After seeing firsthand how much of a difference the right nutrition and lifestyle habits made on my health, I pursued my certification as a health coach to support others to change their habits to improve their health as well.
Since that time I have continued to refine my skills and focus on supporting ambitious individuals to thrive at any age through nutrition and lifestyle changes does not require a “detox” or a 30-day “diet”. Instead, we will take a systematic approach that delivers results that are sustainable and actually last for the long-term.
