Movement Coaching
We pour our passion into crafting fun, one-of-a-kind programs for every client so they feel incredible in their bodies and are excited about every workout.
Movement Coaching with Michelle combines movement HEALTH with fitness. In many cases we focus on one or the other (like doing your fitness class and then attending a separate yoga class). With this type of movement training, you will get stronger, more fit but also improve the health of your joints and overall mobility.
The Movement Coaching plan is both scheduled 1-1 virtual coaching sessions done in the comfort of your own home AND additional customized workouts for you to do on your own. When following the custom program, every movement is given to you with an demonstrative video so you can understand the form and the approach to the exercise.
Before you begin the program, Coach Michelle will meet with you for your complimentary info session to understand your goals, how you are best held accountable, explain the entire process in detail and answer any questions you might have.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Coaching isn’t the same thing as working with a nutritionist or dietician. You won’t get a meal plan or a list of foods to eat and avoid.
Instead, a nutrition coach looks at all aspects of health and partners with you to create a completely unique approach to food, sleep, and stress management. This partnership uses the expertise of the coach combined with your life experience, preferences and desires to tailor a program just for you.
Before you begin the program, Coach Colleen will meet with you for your complimentary info session to understand your goals, how you are best held accountable, explain the entire process in detail and answer any questions you might have.

The Collective Plan includes all we have to offer: a custom-tailored movement program created by Coach Michelle, as well as, a comprehensive nutrition and health plan guided by Coach Colleen. This Collective Plan is for clients that are ready for great change and lasting results.
This plan begins with scheduling complimentary info calls with both Coach Michelle and Coach Colleen so each team member understands your goals, how you are best held accountable, explain the entire process in detail and answer any questions you might have.
